YCW (B) series light jack is a tensioning equipment matched with various pre-stressed anchor systems, and is a universal multi-functional piercing tension jack. It is a new type jack which is lighter after adopting special technology and materials, optimizing structural design and adopting new sealing technology to improve structural form. It is characterized by small size, light weight, good sealing performance, high reliability and convenient operation.
It can be widely used in 10 structures with pre-tensioned and post-tensioned pre-tensioned mixtures, 10 bridges with hot pre-tensioned mixtures, high-rise box-building, highway, power station and anchorage pen construction of Xingshi slope. Different attachments can be used to tension various types of clamp group anchors, DM heading anchors and LZM cold-cast anchors respectively.
YCW (B) series light Jack has 60, 100, 150.200.25030035040500650 (10KN) pen name specifications, and the standard jack stroke is 200mm. Its technical performance is shown in Table 1. Accessories of different sizes can be selected for different types and sizes of anchorage systems in tensioning.
